To raise sufficient funds to continue development of the company’s present holdings and to acquire other resource properties which have an immediate cash flow potential BDR anticipates continued growth as a result of:
• Expand the company’s resource base by acquisitions, farm-ins and joint ventures;
• Selectively review opportunities in the oil and gas area in Manitoba and Saskatchewan.
• Review development and future sales of its bentonite resource.
The company has a strong balance sheet, no debt and currently holds a significant investment in Government of Canada treasury bills.
